The Brendan M. Dolan Memorial Dart Tournament

Every winter for over thirty years, alumni brothers of Alpha Rho of Chi Psi return to the Lodge at Rutgers for a night of baseball on the widdy boards — two seeding games, a 48-team single-elimination bracket, and one pair of names added to the trophies.

35th Annual — February 2027

Date and registration details are coming soon. The format stays the same as always: two seeding games, then the 48-team single-elimination bracket, finals best two out of three. All alumni brothers are welcome — dart player or not, come back and visit the Lodge.

Last time out — the 34th Annual

The 34th Annual (February 2026) brought over 100 alumni brothers and 39 teams back to the Lodge. Brendan Watson and Nor Ramos beat Bullock/Knowles in a three-game final to take their seventh title — the most by any team in tournament history. The trophies were dedicated in memory of six-time champion Dave Shanosky, in a tribute by his longtime partner John Grogan.

Fees & payment

Entry is $50 per attendee (dart player or non-playing alumnus). If you haven't yet, please also consider your APAA annual dues and a donation toward Lodge renovations.
